One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians. If you have diagnostic experience, want steady year-round work, and want a stronger earning potential, we’d like to talk.

Compensation

• $28–$40 per hour base pay (based on experience)
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires
• Uncapped commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Deliver professional customer service in the field
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of HVAC service experience (residential experience preferred)
• EPA 608 Certification (minimum required type II)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional and dependable work habits
