Qualified Candidates:
- Have at least 2-5 years of residential HVAC Install / change out experience
- Are available to work weekends when/if needed
- Have a sound knowledge of fundamental operational functionality of residential HVAC equipment
- Are able to communicate well with customers and co-workers

- Pay is a range of $18/hr (Helper) to $25/hr (very experienced) and will commensurate with experience. Pay will also include a percentage of each job performed.
