What You'll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose malfunctions and determine the extent of necessary repairs
- Give homeowners honest recommendations. Never oversell.
- Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job
- Wear floor savers in the client's home
- Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle
- Drive and work safely, every day
- 3 years residential HVAC service experience (service, not install only)
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (NATE preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
- Clean driving record
$33.00–$38.00 per hour, plus performance incentives. Earning potential $80K–$100K for strong performers.
