Job Summary

Job Duties
- Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
- Be a clear communicator and best liaison to the customer
- Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
- Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
- Learn and utilize technology as directed by management
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, with availability to work Saturdays and Sundays if required
- Put the customer's needs first!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry (Min 3 years preferred)
- N.A.T.E. certification (preferred)
- EPA certification
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Must be willing to learn new processes and procedures as new technology is introduced
- High level of motivation and great work ethic
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Installation experience a plus
