Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Following installation checklists and commissioning procedures to ensure high-quality installs
- Working with a lead/helper to complete jobs efficiently
- Communicating professionally with customers and teammates
- Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked vehicles
- Ensuring job site cleanliness and performing quality control checks
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proficient in reading and following installation manuals and blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments on-site
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
