What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, service, and light repairs on residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Inspect systems, identify issues, and clearly communicate options to homeowners
- Take pride in your work—clean job sites, clean installs, clean truck
- Represent the company with professionalism and respect inside every home
- Think on your feet, solve problems, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Follow safety standards on every job and on the road
- Reliable. On time isn’t optional
- Accountable. You own your results—good or bad
- Resourceful. You figure things out and don’t make excuses
- Coachable. You want to improve and be part of a winning team
- Strong communicator who connects well with customers
- HVAC experience preferred (maintenance/service)
- Clean driving record able to pass background/drug screening
- NATE certification is a plus
