Responsibilities:
- Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
- Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
- Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
- Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
- Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.
- Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.
- Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.
Qualifications:
- Must have two or more years of successful experience as a Service & Repair Technician in the HVAC industry.
- EPA Type 1 and 2 required.
- NATE certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
- Must sign the Company Code of Ethics and agree to being videotaped for training and compliance purposes at least six (6) times per year.
