Other Positions:
TEAM OTR DRIVERS (PRIMARY FOCUS) (Mile Pay Partners)
- $2,800–$3,500 per driver per week
- Up to $0.90 CPM based on experience
- $5,000 sign-on and loyalty bonus (conditions apply 104 weeks)
Lease and Owner Operators
- Just 12% Dispatch Fee
- Freightliner Trucks
- Walk-away lease (no purchase obligation)
- Consistent dry-van freight
Routes & Freight
- 32-state operating network
- No mountain states: CO, MT, WY, UT, NV, ID, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, ME
- WA / OR / CA optional (driver preference)
- No forced dispatch
- Dry van, lightweight freight
PAY TYPE:
- 1099 position
- Weekly direct deposit
Requirements
- Main driver: 12 months CDL-A experience
- Co-driver: 6 months CDL-A experience
- No DUI or reckless driving
- Maximum 1 preventable accident for last 3 years
- Must pass road test and DOT drug test
