You'll move beyond basic returns, engaging in sophisticated entity work for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, Private Equity (PE) firms, and diverse business industries. The Opportunity (Tax Associate / Senior Tax Associate)

As a member of the Tax team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and providing crucial tax compliance and consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals (HNW/UHNW), S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts.
• Handling complex entity structures and related compliance requirements for PE and various business entities.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on tax planning and research.
