Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, and businesses
- Develop quarterly estimates and tax projections
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding tax matters
- Conduct tax research and respond to tax‑related questions
- Coordinate workflow with tax support staff
- Assist with tax notices and related correspondence
- Stay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of public accounting or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Moderate tax code knowledge and general accounting skills
- CPA or EA obtained or in progress preferred
- Master’s in Tax a plus
- Experience with CCH tools (Axcess, Workflow, Practice, SafeSend) is a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills
Work Schedule & Environment
- Standard business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays during tax season
- Hybrid work environment (office or home office)
- Light physical requirements (no lifting over 10 lbs.)
Compensation
- Base salary range: $80,750 – $95,000 USD, depending on experience, location, and qualifications
- Eligible for incentive compensation
