We’re looking for a motivated Audit Associate to join our team in Melville, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior public accounting experience who’s eager to grow into a senior-level role and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform end-to-end audits for clients in the High-Net-Worth (HNW), Real Estate, and Financial Services sectors
• Work closely with a highly engaged team of managers and partners who are invested in your training and advancement
• Participate in hands-on client interactions, planning, testing, and reporting
• Receive ongoing mentorship, real-time feedback, and regular performance/pay reviews

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 years of experience in public accounting (audit experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or eligibility a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow into a senior position
• A team player who values quality, accuracy, and collaboration
