What You'll Do
- Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism
- Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Insurance verification and eligibility checks
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data entry
- Front desk customer service
- Answering multi-line phones
- Assisting with billing inquiries
- Coordinating care across medical, dental, behavioral health & pharmacy
What We’re Looking For
âś” Strong multitasking and organizational skills
âś” Clear, compassionate communication
âś” EMR/EHR systems experience (preferred, not required)
âś” High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Valid Driver’s License required
âś” 1 year experience in medical office, healthcare administration, receptionist, patient services, or customer service preferred
