We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical clinic team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. About the Role
The Clinic Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered, team-based medical care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with providers and care team members to support patients across the lifespan while maintaining professional nursing standards. This role blends clinical skill, critical thinking, and compassionate
communication in a fast-paced clinic environment.
What You’ll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Conduct patient assessments, triage, screenings, and care coordination in collaboration with providers
- Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and injections per provider orders
- Assist with exams and procedures; perform wound care, specimen collection, and lab testing
- Monitor patient responses and report critical values promptly
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Care Coordination & Education
- Communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, preventative care, and wellness
- Identify health literacy needs and provide appropriate education and materials
Documentation & Quality
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Support audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory requirements (PCMH, UDS)
- Participate in performance optimization and risk management activities
Team & Clinic Support
- Participate in daily huddles and team meetings
- Assist with inventory and supply management
- Perform medical assistant duties when needed and maintain competence

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years of nursing experience
- Experience in a medical clinic or primary care setting
- Experience working with diverse populations
