We are looking for someone to join our Livingston Dental Team as a Dental Intake Specialist!

Location: Livingston
Salary: $19.33-$20.29/hr $2.30 Livingston Locality
Employment Type/Schedule: Full Time: 36 hrs/week (Tuesday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Registration: Conduct initial patient assessments and gather essential information.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and coordinate care with our healthcare providers.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, addressing patient inquiries, and assisting with billing as needed.
- Coordination: Facilitate coordination of care by working with various healthcare providers and departments.

Requirements:
- Driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS Upon Hire
Preferred:
- Graduate of a certified medical administrative assistant program
