• Competitive salary: $105,083 - $123,905/year (DOE)

  • No late evenings/nights or weekends, which mean great work-life balance.  **Hardin clinic is open until 6:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays** (maybe be required to be on call for critical labs, however, calls are usually minimal)

• Transition to Practice Program is a 12 month structured program that provides education, mentorship, and support for new advanced practice providers (APPs).

🧾 Qualifications

• Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
• Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience
