Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, content creation, SEO, analytics, with a strong focus in campaign management and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize social media strategies with a strong emphasis on Dash Social, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, to engage target audiences.
- Execute paid social and digital advertising campaigns via Meta and Google Ads, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage outreach campaigns and analyze data for the company’s exclusive influencer program.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Spencer’s at the forefront of the spa and wellness industry.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Dash Social is a must.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, social media insights, and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
