Job Overview : The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgeted targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, problem-solving, and proactive communication.
• Handle employee scheduling, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the General Manager with hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist with marketing efforts, promotions, and events to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
