What You’ll Do:

• Oversee P&L performance, labor costs, beverage costs, and revenue optimization, ensuring financial success and sustainability.
• Analyze key business metrics and trends, proactively identifying areas for growth and efficiency.
• Be the face of the restaurant—engage with guests, VIPs, and industry leaders to create unforgettable hospitality moments.
• Mentor, lead, and develop the team, setting a high standard for service, culture, and professionalism.
• Maintain an innovative and competitive edge, ensuring the concept remains fresh, relevant, and in high demand.
• Execute strategic marketing and PR initiatives, ensuring the restaurant maintains a strong brand presence.
• Oversee and refine luxury service standards, ensuring an elevated and personalized guest experience.
