This is a great opportunity for an individual eager to achieve success in a high-growth environment.Scope & General PurposeThe Assistant General Manager supports and oversees daily restaurant operations in close partnership with the General Manager. This role requires a thoughtful balance of leadership, operational discipline, and business awareness—guiding the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and financial integrity.The AGM must approach the restaurant with both a strategic and hands-on perspective, understanding service execution, people development, KPIs, and the impact of daily decisions on the overall business. Strong emotional intelligence, clear communication, and a people-first mindset are essential to success in this role.
