We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Installer to join our growing team in Rocklin. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a background in door installation, window installation, or trim carpentry who takes pride in delivering high-quality work inside customers’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interior doors, closet systems, and related products with precision and efficiency
- Lead installation projects from start to finish
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers’ homes
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to provide a positive customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job materials
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience in door installation, window installation, or trim carpentry preferred
- Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly in customers’ homes
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
