One Day Doors & Closets of Wisconsin is growing quickly, and we need a sharp, organized, people-focused professional to assist our outside sales team. The crucial duty of this role is contact warm leads to schedule sales appointments.
The ideal person has an energetic personality and is very pleasant on the phone with some sales ability. The goal of each call is to qualify the customer, schedule a consultation and enhance their excitement to replace doors and upgrade closets.

Job Description
SALES RELATED DUTIES
- Convert inbound calls and web inquiries into scheduled consultations
- Manage and optimize sales calendars
- Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
- Communicate clearly with customers and the internal team.
- Assist the sales team with paperwork and payments as needed for hand-off to operations.
- Schedule measurement appointments
- Rehash pending proposals
OTHER GENERAL DUTIES:
We are a small business and individuals fill multiple rolls. It is likely tasks and duties will be added as is prudent. These will relate to marketing, operations and other administrative tasks.

- Strong phone presence and ability to build quick rapport
- Organized, detail-driven and dependable
- Comfortable using CRM/scheduling software
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (OneDrive, Excel, Word)
- Not required: Familiarity with apps like Canva, QuickBooks, CompanyCam, Zapier
- Not required: Familiarity with social media posting and marketing
