Position Overview

We’re hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks
• Support budgeting and financial routines
• Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement
• Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings

Prior Lake, MN

• 1–2 positions available
• Experience with autism and developmental delays preferred
• Weekdays (M–F), ideally 10 AM–3 PM
• Start with lighter hours to build rapport
• Flexible for the right fit

Waconia, MN

• 4 hours/week on Wednesdays, 11 AM–3 PM
• Ideal for someone seeking consistent, low-hour work

Qualifications
