Assistant Program Manager - DOE Allied Health ServicesJob Summary:EverSource is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Program Manager to join a team in Brooklyn, NY. As an Assistant Program Manager, you will play a vital role in the management and delivery of allied health services to NYCDOE school-aged students and the recruitment and relationship of our therapists. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of allied health services for NYCDOE school-aged studentsCollaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service deliveryDevelop and maintain relationships with school and district staff to promote program growth and expansionPlan and manage full life-cycle recruitment of therapistsConduct program assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance program quality and efficiencyProvide training and support to program staff on program procedures and policiesParticipate in program development and quality improvement initiativesRequirements:5 years of experience preferred, and relevant education or training will be consideredStrong understanding of allied health services and NYCDOE regulationsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWorking Conditions:This is a full-time position located in Brooklyn, NY.
