This position provides support to the Nursing Manager by supervising the day-to-day activities of the RN Care Team Case Managers in their health center. The RN Supervisor assists in developing high-functioning self-directed teams in the Patient Centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH) model. The RN supervisor serves as a “go-to” person for coordinating clinical operation workflows within scope of practice and responsibilities. The RN supervisor position is considered a working supervisor and is expected to function as a Care Team RN at least 50% of the time. This position will be based out of our clinic located in Hood River, Oregon and will coordinate with other PCPCH teams and perform processes necessary to support patient care and clinical operations. Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse with current Oregon license
- Must obtain Washington license within 3 months of start date
- Experience with adult and pediatric primary care
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate clinical concepts in both oral and written form to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Able to prioritize and organize work according to multiple and, at times, competing timelines
- Able to meet timelines for team and organizational goals safely and with high level of quality.
- Able to inspire trust and confidence, and communicate effectively with internal and external audiences
- High level computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Epic, and other systems
- Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Knowledge of customer service and workplace safety
- React and remain calm and effective in high pressure and emergency situations
- Able to perform or operate medical equipment, venipuncture, and IV skills
- Experience in a nursing management or supervisory role
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience at a FQHC or look alike
- Experience working in an integrated team-based setting
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records

- Hourly/Non-Exempt: $40.00 per hour
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
