What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Coordinator position at One Community Health?
The Behavioral Health Coordinator works closely with the Behavioral Health team and other members of the interdisciplinary team, including medical, dental, nursing, and outreach staff at One Community Health. The Behavioral Health Coordinator manages behavioral health referrals, scheduling, inbox coverage, and waitlists. This position also assists in managing group classes for behavioral health and provide additional support, as needed.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience working with the general public.
- A combination of equivalent education and work experience may be considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and methods of behavioral health care delivery.
