Advanced Practice Provider Details:
- Full-time position, 4 days/ week, 32 patient contact hours. (2 days in White Salmon, WA and 2 days in Stevenson, WA)
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients, as well as see walk-in and acute care patients during designated times.
- Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.
- Were also looking for clinicians with an interest in leadership and welcome meaningful participation in organizational decisions.
What Were Looking For:
- Current Washington Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA licensure in good standing.
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR

We are a provider led practice, with average provider tenure of 15 years. Compensation:
- Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $130k, increases based on experience and licensure
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
