What We Actually Do: We help homeowners fix their homes, improve them, and when the time is right… sell them. That’s the full homeownership cycle. Most companies only do one part. We do it all in one place. This is a federally registered business model.

Who This Is For: We do not care about your background or experience, if you're interested in homeownership, remodeling, real estate, or investing and you're willing to talk to people and stay consistent, we'll teach you the rest.

The barrier to entry is no longer money, connections, or experience. It’s daily action.

How You Make Money: We start by helping homeowners improve their homes. That’s where trust is built. From there, the next step is helping them sell and move into their next home and now you’re part of that entire process.

You don’t just earn once. You have the opportunity to earn at every stage. You help someone with a project. You become the person they trust. You’re the one they call when it’s time to sell or buy. We view every client as a long-term relationship, not a one-time transaction.

What That Actually Pays: Your first 15 deals, you earn 9% off the top. Most projects typically range from $10,000–$15,000 ,which means you’re earning roughly $900–$1,350 per project. Larger projects = higher earnings. On your 16th deal, you move into a 50/50 partnership. At 31 deals, you can begin building your own team.

The System (30 Daily Touches): We will teach you our simple, proven system. And here’s what that actually looks like. You’re not cold calling. You’re not knocking doors. You’re not chasing people.

You’re showing up online…starting conversations…and putting yourself in front of people every single day. That’s it. If you follow it, you will learn how to find your own clients. Without relying on a company, without buying leads, and without waiting on someone else to hand you an opportunity.

And when you can do that consistently, something changes.

What It Looks Like Daily: Starting conversations online. Commenting, messaging, and connecting with people. Creating simple content; posts & videos. (not perfect, just real).
