What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Improvement Sales Consultant position at One Beautiful Home®?
No experience needed. We train you.
You sell home remodeling projects to homeowners like bathrooms, kitchens, basements, windows, flooring, paint, and full home remodels, including pre-listing renovations.
You get paid per deal.
HOW YOU GET PAID: Most jobs are $5,000 to $20,000 You earn about 9% per deal ($450 – $1,800 per job) Do a few deals a month and you’re making real money. After your 16th deal, you move to a 50/50 profit split and your income jumps fast. No cap. No glass ceiling.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO: Talk to homeowners about their projects. Help them figure out what they want. Walk them through the process (we train you). Close deals and stay in touch. No construction experience needed. No real estate license needed to start.

Pay: $60,003.21 - $150,000.00 per year
