Role Description: Real Estate Ad Campaigns
This is a HYBRID role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels, managing paid media campaigns such as PPC, display ads, and social media ads, and optimizing campaign performance to achieve key metrics for real estate clienteles. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance data to identify trends and actionable insights, conducting A/B testing, and managing budgets to improve ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience in paid media campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and social media campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and research skills to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in performance marketing, data analysis, or digital advertising is preferred
