As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary
The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. This position is responsible for forecasting cash requirements, executing treasury transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations. The Senior Treasury Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Finance, and Business Operations, to optimize the organization’s financial position.
This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally Tu - Th in office, M & F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Monitor daily cash balances and manage short-term investments to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity needs are met.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, identifying trends and potential risks or opportunities.
- Execute and record treasury transactions, including wires, ACH, and foreign exchange operations.
- Maintain banking relationships and support bank account management, including opening, closing, and documentation updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support debt management activities, including compliance reporting and covenant monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support treasury aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc treasury reports for management and executive leadership.
Experience And Qualifications Of The Role
- 4 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or a related financial discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems, Excel, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking products, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinking and proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Microsoft 365
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CTP) preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Treasury Professional certification. (highly desirable)
