The Opportunity: Build the Future of the Carolinas

In this role, you aren’t just managing a job site; you are leading the project team for large-scale, mixed-use developments ranging from $25M to over $400M. From luxury hotels, mixed-use, industrial, and warehouse retail hubs, you will own the project lifecycle from preconstruction through close-out.

Your Impact:

• Leadership: Direct the project team to ensure profitable, high-quality completion.
• Strategic Oversight: Masterfully manage contract risks, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and draft subcontracts and manage design changes with precision.
• Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary bridge between clients, consultants, and vendors.
