Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers to ensure a friendly and enjoyable store experience
- Provide information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Accurately and efficiently handle all point-of-sale (POS) transactions
- Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
- Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers
- Maintain store operations and uphold company standards
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Energetic, upbeat, and comfortable engaging with customers
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with good judgment and a strong sense of urgency
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Able to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Attention to detail when inspecting items
- Interest or experience in kids' merchandise is a plus
