We're looking for a talented groomer. Is this you?

• An eye for shape, balance, and a fabulous finish.
• Skilled in breed-specific grooms and excited to get creative.
• You’re patient, attentive, and gentle with every dog.
• You’re a great listener and communicator who enjoys working closely with clients.
• You enjoy being part of a team, sharing your skills, and learning from others.
• You’re proud of your work, passionate about dogs, and committed to improving your craft.
• You have two or more years of professional grooming experience—or a natural talent for grooming and work you’re excited to show us.

A day at Onblonde:

• A spacious, cage-free salon with an outdoor area for playful dogs and for you to take a few minutes to breathe.
• A discerning clientele that comes to Onblonde for styles like Asian Fusion, Teddy Bear cuts, and traditional hand-stripping. *Experience with Asian Fusion or hand-stripping is a plus, but isn’t required.
• Professional bathers who bring you a dog ready to be styled.
• A team that works side by side, shares laughs, and pitches in for one another.
• Weekday hours from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. No weekends.
• You bring your tools, and we supply the rest.

Your role on the team:

• Create beautiful breed-specific and custom grooms.
• Keep detailed note cards for each dog.
• Keep dogs safe and comfortable throughout the grooming process.
• Keep the front desk team updated on your progress so pickups run smoothly.
• Pitch in with bathing and drying when needed.
• Keep your tools clean and the grooming department tidy throughout the day.
• Pitch in on the little things that make Onblonde special for our clients, their dogs, and the team.

Compensation and perks:

• Typical annual groomer earnings are $50,000 - $70,000. Earnings vary with experience, schedule, and bookings. We’re busiest October through May, with a lighter summer schedule.
