Enterprise Account Executive – Full-time | On-site | New York | Base: $140K–$175K | OTE: $280K–$350K
About the Role
Company is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to support its US market expansion. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role focused on enterprise accounts with 5,000 employees.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts — from prospecting through close
- Manage a pipeline that is approximately 70% outbound and 30% inbound
- Run multi-stakeholder deals involving HR leaders, Talent Acquisition leaders, and C-suite executives
- Communicate value proposition in the context of recruitment and HR workflows
- Partner with the CEO, BDRs, and sales enablement to execute the US go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 6–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated history of closing six-figure enterprise deals
- Experience managing complex deals with multiple decision-makers and extended sales cycles
- Familiarity selling to HR, TA, or People Operations buyers (preferred)
Compensation & Logistics
- Base Salary: $140K–$175K | OTE: $280K–$350K

- Location: New York City — 5 days per week in-office
- Reports to: Head of Sales
