What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Tech position at On With Life?
This part-time position is three 4-hour evening shifts Monday-Friday, between the hours of 4:30p-10:00p, plus two 8-hour shifts every other weekend,between the hours of 5:30a-3:30p, for a total of 32-40 hours every 2-week period. The shift start and end times have some flexibility.
This position is part of a holiday rotation and may be scheduled 2-3 minor or major holidays per calendar year (with special holiday pay).
Housekeepers start at $16/hour with adjustments for previous experience. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.

What do Housekeeping Technicians do?
The Housekeeping Technician Provides a Full Range Of Housekeeper Services To Ensure a Clean And Safe Environment For Our Persons Served To Heal And Rehabilitate In, Including
- cleaning, disinfecting, and trash removal in activity areas, person served rooms, and offices
- sweeping, mopping and dusting as needed
- assisting with Laundry Services as needed
- Puts others first - those we serve are at the core of what we do; their goals and values guide all decisions

- Is curious and dares to be extraordinary; be willing to be both the expert and the student
- Expects more than others think is possible and creates a higher standard
