As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known brands at live promotional events, shopping centres, and other high-footfall locations. Your role will focus on creating memorable customer interactions, promoting products and services, and driving sales in a fun, energetic environment.
Previous sales experience isn't required. We provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed from day one.
Your Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, and community campaigns
- Engage with members of the public in a professional and approachable manner
- Demonstrate products and services while highlighting their key benefits
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
- Generate sales and process customer sign-ups where applicable
- Assist with the setup, presentation, and breakdown of promotional event spaces
- Work closely with your team to achieve daily goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences
