Brand Ambassador – Paid Training & Career Development
Location: Santa Ana, CA
On Trend Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to support client sales campaigns through direct, face-to-face customer interaction. This position focuses on representing client brands, speaking with customers in person, and contributing to sales results.
The successful candidate will communicate with customers, explain products and services, and assist with sales & marketing initiatives designed to expand the client’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands during face-to-face customer interactions
- Provide clear explanations of products and services to potential customers
- Support sales objectives by generating customer interest and completing sales transactions when appropriate
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
- Record customer feedback and report insights to supervisors
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with customers in person
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Ability to listen to customer needs and respond clearly
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required
