Outside Sales Rep.- Boise, Idaho

On Top Roofing is expanding into Boise, and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Representative to help launch and grow our presence in this thriving market. This is a unique opportunity to be the founding sales rep of our new branch, build relationships within the local community, and play a key role in shaping our growth in Idaho.

If you have 3-5 years of experience in residential roofing sales or installation and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

· Take ownership of building and managing the Boise market through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service

· Manage the full sales cycle: from lead response and roof inspections to bids, contracts, and follow-ups

· Collaborate with our Utah headquarters for scheduling, permitting, and back-office support so you can focus on selling and growth

· Leverage dedicated marketing campaigns and provided leads to build your pipeline

· Stay current on roofing products, installation techniques, and local building codes

· Build lasting relationships with customers, contractors, and partners to drive repeat and referral business

· Attend virtual and in-person sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as needed

What We’re Looking For

· 3-5 years of residential roofing sales experience is a must

· A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Strong negotiation and account management skills

· Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—ready to build and grow in a new market

· Willingness to travel within the Boise area and occasionally to Utah for training

· Some evening/weekend availability when customers need you

· Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
