The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Representative who thrives in high-ticket sales, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and wants uncapped earning potential with real support behind them.
You’ll work warm leads and self-generated opportunities, manage your pipeline from start to finish, and play a critical role in helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment.
What You’ll Do
- Work consistent warm leads while also generating new business through door-to-door and face-to-face outreach
- Deliver professional quotes, build trust, and confidently close deals
- Own your sales pipeline from lead to install — with a dedicated team supporting you every step of the way
- Provide clean, accurate paperwork to Operations to ensure roofing jobs are scheduled quickly
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant
- Communicate promptly with customers, team members, and leadership
- Follow all sales policies and guidelines in a professional, ethical manner
- Take on additional duties as needed to support team success
Monthly Sales Expectations
- Cold Calls: 80
- Follow-Up Calls: 80
- Door Knocking: 50 hours
- Communication: Respond to all calls, texts, and emails before close of business
- Paperwork: Clean, accurate, and submitted on time
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Outgoing, confident personality — not afraid to start conversations or knock doors
- Coachable attitude — we provide training; you bring the work ethic
- Self-motivated and proactive in finding new opportunities
- Excellent organization and follow-through
