Description
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the face of our company to our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated loca-tions
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring accurate and prompt deliveries
• Maintain delivery logs, records, and other required documentation
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor
Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills:
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean background checks and drug test
• Able to write, read and speak in English proficiently. In addition to, excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Proficient in route driving and navigation using GPS systems or maps
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Capable of lifting heavy objects 50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as moving products
Education and/or experience:
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role preferred
Salary : $20 - $24
