Position Summary
On-Time Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing behavioral health team. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and ambulatory withdrawal management for adults with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders in a Hybrid setting (Both In-Person and Telehealth visits).

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric disorders.
- Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing follow-up care.
- Evaluate and treat adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Prescribe and manage FDA-approved medications for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), when clinically appropriate.
- Evaluate patients for Ambulatory Withdrawal Management .
- Perform withdrawal management follow-up visits using standardized assessment tools (e.g., COWS and CIWA-Ar).
- Prescribe and manage comfort medications during outpatient withdrawal management.
- Initiate and manage Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine, when clinically appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Collaborate and Coordinate with physicians, therapists, SUD counselors, peer recovery specialists, and primary care providers to coordinate care.
- Review laboratory results, urine drug screens, and Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) reports as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Refer patients to higher levels of care when clinically indicated.
Qualifications Required
- Active Maryland PMHNP license in good standing.
- Active DEA and CDS Certification.
- Eligible to prescribe buprenorphine under current federal regulations.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience providing psychiatric medication management.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
- Experience with Ambulatory Withdrawal Management or outpatient withdrawal management.
- Experience treating patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry, addiction medicine, or integrated behavioral health.
- Familiarity with ASAM Criteria, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
