On the Record, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our Digital Court Reporting Sponsorship Program in partnership with BlueLedge (an AAERT-approved training center). This program covers tuition costs and provides mentoring for individuals pursuing a career in the high-demand field of court reporting.
Program Details
- 100% online, self-paced training (unpaid during training)
- Most candidates complete the program in approximately three months
- Tuition sponsorship for the Digital Court Reporting & Legal Transcriptionist program
- Mentoring and real-world support during training
- Paid trial-basis assignments with OTR upon completion of training
- Continued mentoring until candidates are fully trained and confident working independently
- Unlike other firms, OTR does not require exclusivity — you are free to pursue other opportunities while building your career with us.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Previous experience in a legal environment (paralegal, legal assistant, litigation support, etc.) strongly preferred
- Strong listening, writing, and grammar skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Office/administrative skills (word processing, filing, data entry) are helpful but not mandatory
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Commitment to learning and professional development in the court reporting field
