We are currently seeking an energetic, punctual, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time role combining fish preparation and food truck cleaning responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be reliable, trainable, and committed to maintaining our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position combines two important functions at our base of operations: 1) thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of the food truck and washing dishes after the truck returns to our base of operations; and 2) defrosting and cutting fish fillets to meet weekly preparation goals while adhering to established quality and portion standards.
This is a part-time opportunity that may be particularly attractive to individuals seeking additional income through evening or weekend work without conflicting with daytime employment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Food Truck Cleaning
- Thoroughly clean the interior of the food truck after it returns from serving customers.
- Thoroughly clean the exterior of the food truck.
- Wash dishes used in food truck operations.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks during evening or nighttime shifts.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Fish Cutting and Preparation
- Defrost fish in preparation for cutting.
- Cut fish fillets to meet established weekly preparation goals.
- Adhere to established food quality standards.
- Follow established portion standards when cutting fish.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the fish preparation process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
