We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our Crossville team. This position plays an important role in ensuring homes, common areas, and resident-facing spaces are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy.
The primary focus of this role is cleaning vacant apartment homes in preparation for new resident move-ins, along with maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of common areas throughout the property. The ideal candidate is thorough, reliable, organized, and able to complete work independently while also supporting the broader property team. This position requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Performs apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, fixtures, cabinets, flooring, windows, walls, baseboards, and other surfaces.
- Cleans and disinfects restrooms, offices, common areas, trash rooms, laundry rooms, hallways, and other shared spaces throughout the property.
- Vacuums, sweeps, mops, dusts, polishes, washes windows and sills, and performs other general cleaning duties as assigned.
- Performs minor touch-up painting or related make-ready tasks as assigned.
- Completes cleaning checklists and documents completed work through notes and/or photos when required.
- Monitors cleaning supplies and notifies management when inventory needs to be replenished.
- Assists with trash removal and helps maintain the overall appearance of the property.
- Supports maintenance and property staff with other related duties as assigned.

Experience
- Minimum of six months of professional cleaning experience preferred.
- Prior apartment turnover, hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or make-ready experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and standard cleaning equipment.
- Ability to climb stairs and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including varying temperatures.
