Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of residential properties in the Bronx. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and passionate about providing excellent service to tenants. You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth property operations and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, providing support in both English and Spanish
- Assist with leasing activities including move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and maintenance staff
- Support rent collection processes, notices, and general administrative functions
- Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with NYC housing regulations
- Assist the Property Manager with reports, documentation, and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, housing, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of NYC residential property operations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
