Production Supervisor – Wauwatosa Facility
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at our Wauwatosa facility.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (or specify if different)
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay:
- $24–$28 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Supervise and support production staff, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
