What You'll Do
- Provide on-site physical therapy services and musculoskeletal assessments
- Deliver early intervention care for employees experiencing discomfort or injury
- Conduct ergonomic evaluations and recommend workplace modifications
- Educate employees on body mechanics, stretching, injury prevention, and healthy movement strategies
- Support workplace wellness initiatives designed to reduce injuries and improve employee health
What We're Looking For
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist required
- Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a workplace setting
- Passion for prevention, wellness, and helping people stay healthy and productive
