On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide on-site injury prevention, ergonomic support, and musculoskeletal care in a workplace setting in Franklin Furnace, Ohio.
Schedule
- Saturdays only
- 8-hour shift
Pay
- $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention for musculoskeletal discomfort
- Lead stretching and movement programs to help reduce injury risk
- Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations
- Educate employees on body mechanics, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Partner with site leadership to support employee health and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required
- Orthopedic experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a workplace setting
