What You'll Do
As an OSSPT Physical Therapist, you'll be a trusted resource for employee health and musculoskeletal wellness by:
- Providing orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessments
- Delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Identifying movement dysfunctions and addressing concerns early
- Leading stretching, mobility, and body mechanics programs
- Conducting ergonomic assessments and recommending workplace solutions
- Educating employees on injury prevention and healthy movement strategies
- Building strong relationships with employees and client partners
- Supporting workforce wellness and helping employees stay active, healthy, and productive
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist License
- Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience
- Current BLS and CPR certification
- Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Passion for prevention, education, and helping people perform at their best
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workplace ergonomics and injury prevention programs
- Occupational or industrial rehabilitation experience
- Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification
