Are you an experienced Physical Therapist who enjoys variety, independence, and making a difference before injuries become bigger problems?
On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy (OSSPT) is looking for a Minnesota-licensed PT with 2 years of experience and a strong orthopedic background to support multiple workplace wellness and injury prevention programs throughout the North Metro area.

What You'll Do
- Provide onsite injury prevention and early intervention services
- Lead stretching, mobility, and body mechanics programs
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend practical solutions
- Educate employees on injury prevention and healthy movement
- Travel between North Metro locations and build strong client relationships
What You'll Bring
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist License
- 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Strong orthopedic background
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
